2. Product Return (Within 24 Hours of Delivery) ২. পণ্য ফেরত (ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে)

• Do not open the package or remove any stickers/markings.
• পণ্যের মোড়ক খোলা যাবে না এবং কোনো স্টিকার বা মার্কিং সরানো যাবে না।
• Bring the product directly to the IT Source BD showroom.
• পণ্য সরাসরি আইটি সোর্স বিডি শোরুমে নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
• After inspection, if the product and packaging are intact, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
• যাচাই শেষে পণ্য ও মোড়ক অক্ষত থাকলে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে মূল্য ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।

3. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy ৩. DOA (Dead on Arrival) নীতি

• If the product does not work from the start, it will be considered DOA.
• পণ্য যদি শুরু থেকেই কাজ না করে, তা DOA হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
• Report the issue to us within 3 days of delivery.
• ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
• We will collect the product, inspect it, and issue a full refund within 7 working days.
• আমরা পণ্য সংগ্রহ করে যাচাই করব এবং ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করব।
• The order will be considered cancelled.
• এটি অর্ডার বাতিল হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
