In accordance with the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021, customers may return a product and receive a refund under the following conditions:
Eligible for return: Products received damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Wrong item delivery also qualifies.
Refund process: Prepaid orders are refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bKash/Nagad or store credit, as preferred.
Non-returnable: Software licenses, OEM products with an activated warranty, and items with a broken factory seal.

ফেরতযোগ্য নয়: সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স, ওয়ারেন্টি সক্রিয় করা OEM পণ্য এবং ফ্যাক্টরি সিল ভাঙা পণ্য।
